Customer Orders
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that, although order acknowledgement constitutes the commencement of a legally binding contract, we reserve the right to subsequently cancel the order if we find that it does not meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions with regards to price, delivery and payment.
If we decide not to accept your order, you will be advised in writing.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. Currently deliveries are free.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
Colour Disclaimer
Due to the variations in monitors and browsers, colour reproduction on the internet is not precise. Colours on our online catalogue may vary slightly to the colour of the physical product. Our colour description should be used as a guide, but please also bear in mind that there are many variations of shading of colour, for example, our graphite grey frame may differ from your graphite grey wall. Please consider both product image and description, if you are unsure, email us via the contact page before buying.
Delivery Information
Delivery is currently free as part of our ongoing promotion.
We can deliver most pictures to most addresses in the UK Mainland.
Courier Delivery Service
Please be aware that delivery by courier is to your front door. in the case of heavier items), please ensure you are able to move the goods from your doorstep into your house.
With regret, No claims can be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate as we use third party courier companies. While we make every effort to accommodate customer requests, no guarantee of time can be given.
IMPORTANT – ON RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
Please check your goods, and report any faults or transit damage within 24 hours of receipt, we aim to insurance with the courier companies within this timescale, this includes gifts purchased, including any sculptures, please open gifts you hope to give immediately to check their condition to avoid any disappointment.

Returns & Refund Policy
We always do our best to deliver products you love, however, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt in the first instance, by following the procedure below (this excludes bespoke or personalised items as agreed with us)
Returns Procedure

Please email us at P.Gilliver@phonecoop.coop, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.

We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours, and as we are closed weekends, all weekend emails will be responded to on Monday - and when we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.

Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in - with regret, we can't accept a return without its original packaging

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.

We process all refunds within 28 days.
WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKING/BOXES THAT YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVED IN. AS WITH REGRET WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE PICTURE OR SCULPTURE IS NOT SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that we cannot replace or repair a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil, refunds will be processed.
Please note: refunds can take up to 30 days from receipt of returned goods to be processed.
